Reagan Russell
New Licensing Manager (Third Party Administrator and Secretary of State)
Reagan has eleven years of experience working for the State of Florida and representing Florida State Parks and the Division of State Lands at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Florida Forest Service and Office of Agricultural Water Policy at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. She has handled legal issues involving risk management, environmental laws, real estate, contracts, and litigation.

Reagan handles new licensing for Third Party Administrators in all states, as well as Certificates of Authority and Assumed Business Name registrations.
My Story
Reagan received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2005. She clerked for a Denver District Court judge with a serious felonies docket and was vice-president of the International Law Society during law school. She also attended Cornell University and graduated from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta with an undergraduate degree in Sociology. She lives in Tallahassee, Florida with her husband and three children.
