Madeline Bardolf

President and Board Chair

Madeline Bardolf is the President of Patton Compliance and oversees all facets of the company’s operations including client engagements, project management, regulatory oversight, process implementation, strategic planning, finance, and human resources.  First and foremost, Madeline ensures clients’ needs are fully met by ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of new and renewal licensing and regulatory compliance projects, effective staffing to meet client needs, and use of best practices throughout the licensing process.

Patton Compliance has been contacted by and has worked with several different Departments of Insurance (“DOI”) regulators around the country in order to assist in educating regulators and working with DOIs who wish to make their third party administrator regulations more business friendly, while still ensuring rigorous standards to ensure the residents of their state’s are protected from potential bad actors.

My Story

Madeline has over twenty years of business, finance and insurance experience, including positions in accounting, auditing, financial review, management, human resources, insurance compliance, and licensing. Experience with both for-profit and non-profit entities, prior to joining Patton Compliance she held positions as Director of Finance for a non-profit organization and Auditor at a public accounting firm. 

  

Madeline graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Business Management with a Spanish minor.  She has held volunteer positions on various non-profit boards of directors and student organizations.  Madeline is married to Keith (LTC Army (Ret)) and has two amazing stepdaughters.
